That’s not at all what a good health coach can offer. A health coach will listen, understand your goals and motives to change and your priorities. Then using that and knowledge of health conditions, diet, exercise and lifestyle considerations, the coach can help develop a practical approach to reach your goals. Coming alongside of you, listening, educating, brainstorming, encouraging. Helping you find the unique plan that promotes a healthier routine, resulting in a better quality of life.
